Pearl’s journey to coaching began with a profound personal transformation during her successful financial services career in Nigeria. This experience ignited a deeper calling within her: to guide others as they rediscover their voice, courage, and authentic leadership.
Her growth continued by learning directly under renowned Master Coaches, refining a mastery-based approach rooted in experience, deep presence, and transformational leadership practices. With MBA and MS degrees, advanced coaching, mindfulness, NLP, advanced foundation certification in neuroscience, and a deep commitment to ethical leadership, Pearl brings expertise and a heartfelt presence to every client interaction, ensuring our clients’ confidence in our services.
